KePRO Provider Portal Enhancement

New Enhancement to KePRO Web Portal:

                In order to continue moving towards a paperless process, KePRO is pleased to announce that beginning October 1, 2010 Providers will be able to obtain all KePRO letters through the KePRO web portal as well as via fax process. This is a new feature of KePRO’s Web based Portal. Although optional, once registered, it will give providers immediate access to all KePRO generated letters which can alleviate issues concerning missing faxes.

                In order to access these letters, you must be a registered provider. If you are not a currently registered provider, I encourage you to access our portal and click on First Time  Registration. Training to access these letters will be held via WEBEX in late September. You can click on Training Calendar and/or First Time Registration on this page.

Wavier Program Change September 1, 2010

Waiver Program Change in Pend Response Time:

   Effective September 1, 2010, when the service authorization (SA) contractor, KePRO, pends your service authorization request for additional information in order to complete the review, the provider’s response time to this request will be required within 5 business days.  Currently, providers are required to submit the additional information within 14 business days.

OP Rehab Changes

Changes coming 8/1/2010 for Outpatient Rehabilitation regarding new authorization on requirements for Physicians and Professionals, such as Audiologists, etc. See attached link for more information regarding these changes.
